Moving your designated trash and/or recycling bins from your designated storage location (e.g., garage, side of house) to the curb on your scheduled trash day.

Returning the empty bins to their designated storage location after they have been serviced by the municipal trash collection service.

3. User Responsibilities

Property Access: By submitting your service subscription request online, you are authorizing Mass Supply Trash Curb Crew and its employees to access your property or other designated location for the purpose of taking out and returning your waste and recycling cans. By subscribing to our service, you are confirming that you have the legal right to authorize this access. It is your responsibility to ensure our crew has full access to your waste and recycling cans on all scheduled service dates. We are not responsible for missed pickups if we are unable to provide service due to a lack of access.

Bin Access: You must provide clear and unobstructed access to your trash and recycling bins. If access is restricted by a gate, lock, or security personnel, you are responsible for providing all necessary codes, combinations, or authorization for entry. We are not responsible for missed pickups due to a lack of access.

Pet Relocation: You are responsible for ensuring all pets, including dogs, are secured and away from the bins on your service day. For the safety of our crew, we will not service bins if a pet is on or near them. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from a pet's proximity to the bins.

Contents of Bins: You are solely responsible for the contents of your bins. Mass Supply Trash Curb Crew is not responsible for any items placed in the bins, including but not limited to, hazardous materials, oversized items, or illegal substances.

Clear Path: You must ensure there is a clear and safe path for our crew to access your bins. We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by obstacles or unsafe conditions on your property.

Service Schedule: You are responsible for knowing and communicating your correct trash and recycling collection days. We are not responsible for missed pickups due to incorrect information provided by you.

4. Service Limitations

Damaged Bins: We are not responsible for any damage to your trash or recycling bins. We will, however, take reasonable care when moving your bins. If a bin is already damaged, please notify us in advance.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

5. Payment and Billing

Fees: Service fees are as outlined on our website, MassSupplyLLC.com, and are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes in our fees in advance.

Billing: Our service is a subscription-based service, and we offer bi-weekly and monthly subscriptions. You will be billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Please note that any applicable sales or use taxes will be collected and remitted by the payment service provider, and not by Mass Supply LLC.

Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
